Annual General Meeting 2026

About the AGM

All COF members in good standing are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM) to vote on current business and elect our new Board of Directors (questions and/or new business items may be emailed to membership@cofsab.ca on or before October 9th, 2026).

The purposes of the AGM are to:

1. Receive and consider the financial statements for the fiscal year ending July 31, 2026.
2. Elect Directors to the Board.
3. Transact such further or other business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment thereof.

Proxy Information

Should you not be able to attend the meeting and would like to have someone cast your vote, please consider sending your Proxy in to have your voice heard. 2. Meeting Notice & Confirmation of Quorum (inclusive of Proxies) in accordance with our Bylaws:

   Quorum

   (a) 20% of individual society members.

   (b) If no Quorum within 15 minutes of the time appointed, the meeting shall stand adjourned for 15 minutes to allow further members to attend. If after a further 15 minutes a quorum is not present, the people entitled to vote who are present at the meeting shall constitute a quorum.
